"When my Nationwide insurance became too costly I went shopping for a new carrier. Was looking for home and car coverage. I went to 3 reputable agencies. They all would save me about $140. a month. The minute I walked into Sean Kelleher’s State Farm office I knew I would pick them. Everyone in the front office was welcoming and Sean came out of his office to introduce himself. Everything was smooth for two years. Then on vacation I had an incident with a rental car in the Seattle area. I kept getting notices from the rental agency for payment for damages. State Farm had the claim processed and a check ready to send, but some snag beyond my understanding was in play. I took my situation to Sean. He personally made calls to all agencies involved as and resolved the issue. No phone robots here just top notch personal service."
