"I'm not new to Statefarm. They've been a great insurance company for me for a long time. However, my Statefarm agent of many years recently retired. I guess his book of business had been delegated to other SF agents, and I landed at the Kelleher agency. Very professionally, the Kellehers reached out to me. Fine. Nice to meet ya. I'll give you a shot, although I didn't have any need for any additional insurance at the time. The other day, however, I purchased a vehicle so I gave the Kelleher agency a call. And, just like Jake from SF, Adam, my new agent, was Johnny on the spot with a quick quote and super friendly, on-the-ball service. Thank you Adam for making it easy and painless.
