ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in May 2019 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a college tennis coach, where I developed a passion for leadership, teamwork, and helping others reach their potential. I'm a proud graduate of the College of William & Mary, where I earned my B.S. in 2005. I'm married with two children, and tennis continues to be a big part of my life!
Giving back is important to me, and I'm proud to serve as President of Tennis Central, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the tennis community and creating opportunities through the sport.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, group health insurance, licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, and ongoing professional development through internal and external training. We also enjoy team-building activities and offer a rotating four-day workweek for established team members!
Our office is supportive, collaborative, and focused on continuous growth. I bring my coaching background into the agency by encouraging feedback, development, and teamwork. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, coachable, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative. If you enjoy building relationships, embrace opportunities to improve, and want to grow with a team that invests in your success, we'd love to meet you!
